PRE-ORDER POLICY
TNOcards – Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for placing your pre-order with TNOcards! Please review the following terms to understand how our pre-order process works.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products before their official release date. By pre-ordering, you secure your item and ensure you'll receive it on or shortly after the release date.
2. Payment
- We take full payment at checkout to reserve your item
- Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 14 days before the official confirmed release date
- All pre-order cancellations are subject to a 3% administrative fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing costs
- After the 14-day deadline, cancellations cannot be processed unless we are unable to fulfil your order due to supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our control
- If we cannot fulfil your order, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund (with no cancellation fee) within 7–10 working days
3. Shipping Timeline
- Pre-order items will be shipped one day before the official release date via Royal Mail 24h tracked shipping, ensuring delivery on or close to the release date
- Orders containing items with mixed release dates will be shipped together when the latest release date item is available
- All release dates are based on manufacturer or distributor information and are subject to change
- If a release date is delayed or altered, we will notify you promptly
4. Availability
While we strive to fulfil all pre-orders, product availability is dependent on supply from the manufacturer or distributor. In rare cases where we cannot fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 working days.
5. Pricing
Prices listed for pre-orders are final as per the retail pricing provided to us by our supplier.
