TNOcards Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing TNOcards! We take great care to ensure your orders are processed promptly and delivered securely. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2pm on working days will be dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders.
Standard UK Products:
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch
Pokémon Singles:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order

Multiple delivery options available at checkout:
- 2nd Class (2-4 days): £1.25 - £3.89
- 1st Class (1-2 days): £1.99 - £4.75
- 2nd Class Tracked (2-4 days): £3.19 - £11.99
- 1st Class Tracked (1-2 days): £3.99 - £13.49
- Exact cost calculated at checkout based on order weight
Japanese Sealed Products:
- Some of our Japanese Pokémon sealed products are sourced directly from our trusted supplier in Japan
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days (includes international transit to us and final UK delivery)
- Once received, items are securely packed and dispatched using our usual tracked UK delivery service
- In due course, Japanese sealed products will move to our standard UK delivery times
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, or customs processing for international shipments.
Shipping Fees
General Products:
- Standard Delivery: £3.39
- Tracked Shipping (1-2 days): £5.50
Pokémon Singles (weight-based pricing):
- Exact shipping cost calculated at checkout based on order weight and selected delivery speed
- Tracked and non-tracked options available
Free Shipping: All orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not yet able to offer international shipping but are working towards expanding our services in the future.
