Cancellation policy
Thank you for choosing TNOcards! We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review our Cancellation Policy below for details on cancelling your order.
1. Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment by emailing customerservices@tnocards.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.
All cancellations are subject to a 3% administrative fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the initial transaction.
2. Cancellations After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
Full payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout to secure your allocation. Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 14 days before the official confirmed release date. All pre-order cancellations are subject to the same 3% administrative fee as outlined above.
After this 14-day deadline, cancellations cannot be processed unless we are unable to fulfil your order due to supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our control.
Important: If we cannot fulfil your pre-order due to supply issues, you will be notified by email and a full refund (with no cancellation fee) will be issued within 7–10 working days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the cancellation request is approved. Where applicable, the 3% fee will be deducted before funds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider. For shipped orders, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
