TNOcards – Return & Exchange Policy

At TNOcards, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy covers cases of damaged or lost items during transit. Please review the details below.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if your item is damaged or lost.

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Lost items: Notify us as soon as you suspect your item is missing so we can raise this with Royal Mail promptly

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged upon delivery
  • Items lost in transit where the postal carrier is responsible

Important: We do not accept returns for TCG products such as single cards or sealed items due to change of mind or buyer's remorse. Returns are only accepted for damaged or lost items as outlined above.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservices@tnocards.co.uk

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your original order number
  • Clear images showing the damage

Once your request is approved:

  • We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement
  • You may choose between a full refund or an exchange for the same item (subject to availability)

Lost Items

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, Royal Mail will be responsible for covering the item value and shipping fee.

  • We will assist you with the claims process by providing necessary order details and tracking information
  • Please contact us immediately if you suspect your item is lost, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged items: We cover all shipping fees for returns, exchanges, and replacements
  • Lost items: Shipping costs are handled by Royal Mail as part of the claims process
  • Other returns: For any returns outside of damage or loss (where accepted), customers are responsible for return shipping fees
